This website uses technical cookies, needed to make it work, and, only if you accept them, statistics and advertising cookies. On your first visit a banner asks what you want to allow: “Accept all” and “Reject” carry the same weight, closing the banner counts as rejecting, and you can choose category by category. We remember your choice for 6 months.

Technical (always on)

  • Sign-in session (next-auth.* cookies): only if you sign in to your account, to keep you signed in. It lasts 30 days at most.
  • Your cookie choice (olio-consent cookie): 6 months.
  • Basket: the products you add are saved in your browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you order.
  • Where your visit comes from: the name of the campaign or the site you arrive from, in the browser’s session storage (deleted when you close the tab). It is sent to us only if you place an order.

Statistics (only with your consent)

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): pages viewed, where visitors come from and actions on the site, in aggregate form and with the IP address anonymised. Cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years.

Advertising (only with your consent)

  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): measures which ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to an order and lets us show them to people who have already visited the site. Cookie _fbp, 3 months.
  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.): measures conversions from Google ads. Cookies _gcl_*, 3 months.

These providers also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Their privacy policies: Google, Meta.

External services

When you pay, you move to the pages of Stripe, PayPal or Satispay, which use their own cookies under their own policies. The map on the “The countryside” page is provided by OpenStreetMap and only loads if you choose to open it.

Changing your mind

You can change your choices at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page, or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. For everything else, see the privacy notice.
